Whatever your shipping conditions, for asking price buyers I will happily to do my best to accommodate them, be it needing a signature on delivery; a specific shipping service; or just a quick turnaround. However when making an offer, please let me know your needs when making the offer as they may affect my ability to accept to accommodate them.
If you are ordering to a PO Box please let me know before making an offer or ordering, as I cannot complete delivery on large items to them.
International buyers, please feel free to inquire about shipping. I have general rates for a number of countries on many of my listings, but I can usually make a more tailored (i.e. cheaper) rate if you let me know the specific destination. Please be aware that additional taxes and import duties may apply in your country and not have been covered by the stated shipping cost. These are charged on delivery, are the responsibility of the buyer, and will not be eligible for refund in the case of a return.
Shipping Policy
I will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To inquire about shipping rates to other locations, please send me a message.
I cannot ship large items to P.O. boxes. Usually pedals are fine but I cannot ship Guitars, Amps, or other large items to P.O. boxes without extra cost.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All items are sold "As-Is." Returns will only be considered if items arrive damaged or in a condition not as described in the listing. Issues will need to be documented before a return is initiated. Should a product be returned for damage but is still in the originally described condition, the buyer will be eligible for a refund less shipping, Reverb fees, and less an 10% restocking fee.
