Restocking Fee Terms:
The 5% Restocking Fee Does Not Apply to items lost / damaged in transit, that do not match photos or description, or that arrive Dead on Arrival. Essentially the Return Policy is similar to As-Is, but with a Restocking Fee to prevent returns because a buyer simply wants to buy to try, or has buyer's remorse, and never had any intention of keeping it.
Return Shipping:
Same as Reverb's own As-Is policy. Buyer is responsible for return Shipping costs, and the original cost of Shipping. Item must be returned in a timely manner and in the condition as it was received, without signs of any use, and with all original packaging.
General:
Be sure to ask any questions about condition, or use before making any purchases. All items are checked before listing, and before shipping, and video documented to show condition, and proper function. If there is any issue whatsoever with an order please contact me as soon as possible to attempt to troubleshoot, and discuss the issue.
Please keep in mind that guitars are setup to my preferences, and cannot predict what a buyer's setup preferences are, so having it setup to the buyer's preferences is their responsibility. Also, bear in mind changes that might occur while in transit with regard to setup.
None of the above applies to International buyers who have the item sent to a courier, friend, or family member in the U.S. to then ship to them Internationally. The item is then sold As-Is with no returns, and the transaction is considered done upon arrival to the courier, friend, or family member.
