All the products that enter our doors are thoroughly inspected and tested for quality assurance. We offer Trades, Financing and Lay Away options to all of our customers on most of our products. All orders received are reviews and process in a timely fashion ensuring the item purchased is delivery promptly and as described. All instruments are setup and professionally packaged prior to shipment. We generally ship items 1 day after receiving cleared payment- exceptions apply. International buyers are responsible for any and all custom fees, taxes, duties and e-waste recycling fees, etc. Canadian buyers are subject to applicable taxes.
Tundra Music is not responsible for any import duties or fees within the receivers country.
Any items sold below original listed selling price will be considered a final sale.

Returns must be shipped within this 2-day guarantee period. All returned items must be in the original packaging including the warranty card and owners manual and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Returns are only valid with BUY IT NOW unless otherwise agreed upon. International buyers are responsible for the cost and acquiring any relevant permits or authorizations for the return of any goods containing controlled species. The buyer will also be responsible to pay all reverb listing and final value fees incurred during the transactions. Items marked demo are sold with in store warranty, no refunds only exchange, original shipping cost paid by the seller must be paid back by the buyer upon return and return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
