Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are based on current shipping carrier rates.
Where possible shipping prices include adequate insurance coverage.
All shipments will show required relevant tracking information.
Customer orders normally ship out the next business day. If there is a delay of any kind we will advise our customers when possible.
Rockit Music is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control.

All sales of harmonicas, wind instruments, microphones, recording electronics, apparel, and related items are final. No returns or exchanges will be permitted.
Rockit Music cannot ship to PO boxes under any circumstances.
For instances when a customer refund is requested after shipping labels have been purchased and created PRIOR to the order being fulfilled, Rockit music will refund the full purchase price less shipping label cost.
Certain rural addressed may be required to pay a higher shipping charge than what was quoted depending on actual shipping cost. We will message any rural customers when this issue occurs in order to work out the true shipping cost.
If your item is damaged please contact us immediately so we can help to remedy the situation.
Rockit Music ships with tracking to the listed regions.

For any refund requests, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements. When refunds are approved we require the product to be sent back to us before any refunds are processed. Products that are returned will undergo inspection, and are potentially subject to a re-stock fee if the product is in any condition other than how it was shipped. Please contact us if there are any issues with product or if you wish to return it, returns are assessed on a case by case basis.
Return shipping to Rockit Music or shipping for warranty repairs is at the customers expense.
