Welcome to Ragdoll Guitars, we are an independent online guitar showroom. We specialise in Fender & Squier Guitars but other models may also be available. Shipping Policy
Estimated delivery costs are as follows:
United Kingdom - £25
Europe (other) - £75
Canada - £150
Japan - £175
Rest of the World - £250
We do not ship to the EU (due to GPSR conditions) or the USA (due to tariff and customs charges.)
All guitars will be sent via tracked delivery and packaged securely using appropriate box and materials.
Please note that from Friday 29th August 2025 shipping to the USA is suspended due to the lack of clarity over the process of collecting Customs charges in imports duties, local taxes and tariffs etc following the withdrawl of the "de miminis" waiver for packages entering the USA with a value under $800. We hope to have more info soon.
Please Note that from Friday 13th December 2024 sales and shipping into the EU & Northern Ireland is suspended due to new GPSR Regulations introduced on this date. He hope with further clarification to be able to list this asap.
International shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes. The buyer is responsible for these costs both 1) when importing, and 2) if a guitar is returned to us (due to customer return or any other related customs issues).
The buyer should always check costs prior to buying.

Gli articoli devono essere restituiti nelle condizioni originali di spedizione, con tutti gli imballi originali e senza segni di utilizzo. L’acquirente è responsabile per tutti i costi di spedizione del reso a meno che l’articolo sia stato ricevuto in condizioni diverse da quanto descritto.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
- Item arrived damaged or not as described: Full refund and seller pays for the return shipping costs
- The customer didn't like the item (colour, tone, neck size, weight etc....): Full refund less Merchant restocking fee's (3%) and buyer pays for the return shipping costs.
- Refund will be issued once the guitar is back in the sellers hand.
Make sure to check the return policy on each individual listing as some items may be sold "As-Described" and not eligible for a return.
