If you order by 11:00AM, it typically goes out same day! For the last few years, almost every pedal that comes in gets a full cleaning with Lysol/Clorox wipes and velcro residue removed. I have noticed delays in arrival times since Covid started, so if it takes an extra day or two to get to you (domestically) or an extra week or two (Internationally) please be patient and follow the tracking provided to you in your Buying/Orders tabs. I have no control or know any more than the info provided in tracking when it comes to these delays.
Over 8500 5-Star transactions on Reverb - both buying and selling - with a narrowed focus on Guitar Pedals. I aim to run as efficient as I can to keep costs to a minimum & deliver to you as fast and protected with the best prices possible.
Pedals are tested, serviced, and cleaned multiple times - upon my arrival, listing, and shipping out. If you need more pictures or have any specific questions, please let me know, I am typically quick to respond. I do everything possible and you should expect for me to ship within 24 hours or less. If I am out of town, or another unexpected delay occurs, I will be certain to keep you informed with a shipping ETA.
I do almost every guitar show in the Southeast (come say hello!), and will meet locally as well. I do not currently have a Brick and Mortar store, internet and direct sales only.
Boss ACA to PSA Conversion Mods will include a sticker on the pedal (for future clarity) and a sticker on the inside as well as dated info that the conversion was done. Method to convert will be to install bypass jumpers on wires or remove and jumper the diodes altogether.

I do everything possible to get the package under a lb to ship USPS Ground Advantage, if it's over a lb it goes Priority. If you are an international buyer and the package is between 1-2lbs, you may be able to ship First class at a lower rate, contact me for details. I try to use Reverb shipping whenever possible, so only options would be USPS/UPS/FedEx, and when shipping pedals, I ALWAYS use USPS unless you contact me prior and have a good reason not to. FedEx can sometimes be used on larger items (rack units, multiple large/heavy pedal purchases/large boxes). When shipping out of the US, I typically ship First class if under a lb, if over a lb it goes priority. I reuse boxes and packing supplies whenever possible to not only save costs but also reduce waste.
Will ship ASAP, usually within a 24 hour span unless I am out of town (which I will mention upon purchase and you can cancel the order if you like if I cannot get it shipped/to you fast enough). If there is something that comes up, I will stay in constant communication with you until it's resolved.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

All items are tested, cleaned, and serviced upon arrival, listing, and will be retested again before being shipped out. Should an issue arise prior to shipping, you will be notified immediately. I do not (and will not) ship pedals with batteries.

I will answer all questions before you buy, give as honest of a description as possible, and make both parties as happy as can be. Always keep in mind Guitars were made to be played, and Pedals were made to live a life on the floor and be stepped on!
Please note and message me immediately if there is an unexpected issue I have not described in the listing. If an issue were to arise, I fully expect you to be willing to go through a troubleshooting process that can go as far as needing video of said issue. MANY MANY issues that have arose in the past turned out to be user setup/power errors/compatibility issues and had nothing to do with the pedal. PLEASE make sure you also try with everything isolated where it's just your guitar hooked up to your pedal, hooked up to your amp (i.e. no other pedals in the chain), and use isolated power. If the pedal takes a battery, please try it also with the battery and not a power supply to see if you are having the same issues. If it's "a little noisy" - try another power supply and/or cable as well. One spot and other daisy chain power supplies can often give power issues by sharing currents, so please be sure you are using isolated-non daisy chained power or the specific adapter given with the pedal (should there be one included).
Other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be placed within 3 days on used items (7 if new). To return an item, please message me first to get return instructions, and from that point, there is a 10 day window where I must receive a return tracking number. If the item is not shipped within 10 days, there will be a $25 late fee in addition to the 15% restock fee. it is shipped to a PO box address, so it cannot be shipped via FedEx/UPS, must be postal service.
I'm trying to avoid from instituting a no refund policy on vintage gear, so other than guaranteeing that it will not be DOA, ANY return on vintage gear is an automatic 15% restock fee. Any questions, please ask.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - NO NO NO I will not declare another amount other than what is the agreed upon price. No exceptions. I do not declare shipping costs, so only the amount paid for the item will be on the customs form. I use USPS, and once it hits your country the tracking is not often updated until well after you receive the item.
I cannot find out any other info other than what is on the tracking updates provided by USPS. The only other thing I can do is send a lost package inquiry through them which often results in telling me it delivered a month or two after you receive it already. PLEASE BE PATIENT seeing as how every country and customs is handling the Covid crisis differently, and there is no rhyme or reason for how long customs will hold packages before contacting/delivering to you.
Some countries scan the items in upon arrival, some do not scan until it gets through customs, so there can be a very large gap in time between when it leaves the USA and is scanned received in your country. Everything makes it eventually!
If you cannot be patient and wait it out - even if it is a few months (yes, that sometimes happens, especially since Covid), then please do not purchase. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS PROCESSED while the item is still in transit, all refund/return attempts prior to delivery will be denied. Refunds are only processed when the item is back in my possession and retested/inspected to ensure it was in the same condition it was when it was first shipped. Again - BE PATIENT.
What about international duties and taxes?
Importing duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Be sure before agreeing to purchase an item that requires international shipping, that you are familiar with your country's customs and importing laws.
Sales taxes are determined by your state and Reverb, it is not anything I have control over, and cannot exclude!
Addresses being correct are the responsibility of the buyer, and I print/ship labels as fast as I possibly can. If there is a package returned due to an incorrect address provided, the buyer is responsible for paying for the second label to resend out the item, or the purchase is refunded less the 15% restock fee.
