General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Pawn Express. Please review our policy below:
Damaged or Wrong Items: If your item arrives damaged, gets lost during shipping, or is not what was described (like the wrong model, color, or condition), you can get a full refund through Reverb Buyer Protection.
What to do: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item via Reverb messages. Please include photos or videos showing the problem. We will send you a prepaid return label, handle the shipping claim with the carrier, and give you a full refund once we receive and inspect the return.
Returning for Personal Reasons (like changing your mind): If your item arrives exactly as described but you decide you don’t want it, you have 7 days from the delivery date to send it back.
What to do: Send us a message through Reverb to start the return. You will need to purchase the return shipping label, and the item must be returned in the exact same condition as when you received it. The original shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Other Important Info:
- All returns must be communicated and processed through the Reverb platform to ensure eligibility for buyer/seller protection.
- Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after we receive and check the returned item.
- Please save all original packaging until you are sure you are keeping the item, as it is often required for insurance claims.
