Palen Music Center has been family-owned and operated for over 60 years. We specialize in high-end musical gear and love to serve our customers. We take great pride in our ability to have super fast shipping and great communication throughout your entire online shopping experience. Most orders placed by 3:00PM CST Monday-Friday are shipped the same day after payment has been approved. Exceptions include any large items that require additional inspection and packing time.
All items are fully insured at no additional charge. Your shipment will be shipped using the highest level of industry-standard packing materials, in every attempt to make sure it arrives in ready-to-play condition. We will notify you prior to shipment if your instrument requires any special attention.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our International shipping rates are displayed on the item listing. Please feel free to message us directly for shipping quotes on specific items with any questions.
If your order contains Rosewood, or any other CITES restricted woods, your shipment might be delayed due to Customs processing standards that Palen Music Center, Inc. is subject to as the shipper.

Received a Defective Item?
If your product seems faulty, don't hesitate to reach out to our .com Team Specialists by phone or email our support form for swift assistance. We're here to quickly resolve any issues, providing support or a Return Authorization (RA) number if needed. For products under warranty we'll handle the replacement shipping costs for the first 30 days after delivery. For "used" but non-misused items that fail, return them within 30 days for a prompt refund or store credit, with shipping costs deducted.

New Items
Return Period: Within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Must be in original condition with all packaging.
Restocking Fee: None, unless items from the original shipment are damaged or missing, in which case a 20% fee applies.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost that PMC incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Used Items
