Shipping Policy for Oxbow Audio Lab

Processing Time:

- All orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment has been received and cleared. Processing time may be longer over the weekend.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Methods:

- Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and size/weight of the package.
- We offer multiple shipping methods to best suit your needs, including standard, expedited, and international shipping options.
- Domestic Canadian orders are shipped via Purolator, depending on the size and weight of the package, and the shipping method selected.
- International orders are shipped via Purolator/UPS, UPS or Canada Post, depending on the destination.

Shipping Time:

- Domestic (Canadian) Orders: Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 1-7 business days, while expedited services can take 1-2 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery time for international orders can vary widely by country and customs processing. Typically, international orders take between 2-8 business days, but may take longer depending on customs or local postal services.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

- International Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may be assessed by your country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by the destination country's customs regulations.
- Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential additional charges.

Packaging:

- All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
- For high-value or fragile items, we may use additional protective materials such as bubble wrap or foam padding to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- For lost or damaged items, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.

Local Pickup:

- We offer local pickup for orders placed through Reverb.com. Pickups may be arranged during store open hours.
