Since 2018, One Three Guitar has provided repairs, lessons and retail to the Richmond, Virginia area.
Our stock is serviced prior to shipping by our on-site tech team and each instrument goes through a quality assurance process prior to packing. Due to our shop schedule, this may require up to 24 hours before we pack the instrument. Customers will receive spec notes on their instrument to reference prior to receiving their shipment. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about the setup or condition of a given instrument and we will do our best to answer those questions in a timely manner!
Due to shop hours, One Three Guitar drops off shipments at our local USPS, FedEx or UPS branch on week days.
