Frontier Instruments was created from a passion for discovering overlooked musical instruments across Germany, Poland, and Central Europe. We specialize in carefully selected guitars, amplifiers, pedals, and unique musical finds that deserve a second life.
Every instrument is personally inspected, cleaned, tested, and accurately described. We believe trust is more valuable than a quick sale, so you'll always find honest photos, clear descriptions, and responsive communication.
We are based in the border between Germany and Poland, so we can ship from both countries depending on customer request.
Whether you're looking for a vintage Japanese guitar, a rare effects pedal, or an unusual instrument with character, our goal is simple: help great instruments find their next musician.
Shipping Policy
At Frontier Instruments, every instrument is carefully packed with the same attention we give to its inspection and setup.
Being based on the German–Polish border (Frankfurt (Oder), Germany / Słubice, Poland) gives us the flexibility to ship from either country. Depending on the destination, shipping costs, transit times, and your preference, your order may be dispatched from Germany or Poland to provide the best overall service.
Packaging
Every instrument is securely packed using high-quality packing materials to ensure it arrives safely. Guitars are shipped with loosened strings when appropriate and are carefully protected inside their case (if included) or with additional internal padding.
Shipping Services
We use trusted European carriers such as DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, or FedEx, selecting the most suitable option for each destination.
All shipments include tracking, and higher-value instruments will be shipped with appropriate insurance whenever available.
Processing Time
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. If we expect any delay, we will contact you promptly.
International Shipping
We happily ship throughout the European Union and are open to shipping worldwide whenever possible. If your country is not listed, please get in touch before purchasing and we'll be happy to provide a shipping quote.
Local Collection
If you're located near Frankfurt (Oder) or SÅ‚ubice, local collection may be possible by prior arrangement.
