We make our best effort to ship within 1 business day after full payment has cleared. A tracking code will be issued upon shipment of your order. All packages are fully insured as per the listed shipping charges for Continental U.S. Your instrument will be shipped using the highest level of industry-standard packing materials, to ensure it arrives in ready-to-play condition. Our shipping team know what it takes to keep an instrument protected. As musicians ourselves, we know how important it is that you receive your Teisco package in perfect condition.
If you’re located outside the Continental U.S. please contact us for shipping quotes. All international shipping rates quoted are for actual transportation charges and do not include VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees, which vary from country to country and are 100% the responsibility of the buyer. All delivery costs (if any) associated with the return and exchange of the product would be borne by the buyer. Once we have confirmed the return of your product, we will arrange for delivery of your newly selected product to your shipping address. All products must be returned to us in original and brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use. The returned products must also include all original packaging, labels, stickers, seals, manuals, accessories, and still have their protective materials unremoved and intact. This Return and Exchange Policy does not apply to items with marked down prices, as they will be sold as is.
