We are proud to offer specially priced NS select stock, prototype, collectible, demo and B-stock instruments, as well as selected NS accessories. Each instrument meets the same high standard for playability and tonal response that are embodied in all NS instruments.
Shipping Policy
Instruments normally ship within 7-10 working days of payment, normally via UPS except as arranged. Shipping and insurance charges (covering the value of the instrument) are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to the invoice. We can provide an estimate upon request. International shipping: International buyers will need to message us to get a direct quote on International Shipping Rates. Instruments normally ship within 7-10 working days of payment, normally via FedEx International Standard except as arranged (except Canada or Australia where we normally ship via UPS International). Shipments are sent with complete and accurate commercial invoice that reflects the price paid for the goods. All customs, duties and taxes for international shipments are the customer's responsibility. Any arrangements not made via NS with FedEx International (or UPS for Canada or Australia) for international shipping, will be the responsibility of the customer.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
NS Limited Brand New Instrument Warranty. NS Design will cover all defects in material and workmanship for five years for the CR Series, three years for the NXTa Series, and two years for the WAV Series, from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace, at our option, any instrument or part thereof which is found by us to be defective. This warranty includes the tuning hardware, electronics, pick-up system, truss rod, bridge, fingerboard, neck and stand. This warranty does not include replacement of strings or batteries, or wear to potentiometers, the fingerboard, or surface finish. Problems resulting from disassembly, modification, customization, or repair by anyone without prior authorization from NS Design are not covered by this warranty. We assume no liability other than for the actual repair of the instrument to playable condition within our specifications. This is our sole Brand New Instrument warranty and it includes all warranties, whether expressed or implied. You may have specific warranty legal rights which vary from state to state.
