Shipping Policy
Novo Guitars ships all guitars via UPS to the listed regions. If your country is not listed, please send us a message and we may be able to negotiate a shipping rate.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 2 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 2 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
- All international sales are final
- The customer has a 48 hour approval upon receipt
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization
- Contact [email protected] for a Return Authorization Number
- Once receiving a Return Authorization Number, the customer has 7 days to ship the instrument to Novo
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Returned instruments must be in original condition
- Upon receipt, the instrument will be inspected by a Novo tech to assess it’s condition
- The customer will pay for any necessary repairs
- A refund for any reason will be processed less a 10% restocking fee, plus all handling and freight charges
