I will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send me a message. Insurance is extra and costs 1% + 20% VAT of the insured amount. Example: £1000 guitar will cost £12.00
Please note: If outside the EU a CITES certificate will be required for any guitar incorporating rosewood. This would be an additional cost. CITES is all about protecting endangered species of wood. IE. Rosewood. If you do not know about CITES there is a lot of good information on Reverb about it.

SHIPPING:
We mainly use UPS Next Day Service for all our United Kingdom Guitar deliveries. For non UK regions shipping will usually be by UPS Standard or Fedex Service. Your on-line order will be acknowledged by email and a Tracking number sent as soon as your shipping has been booked. Next Day delivery is to most parts of the UK, but very occasionally expect an extra day or two especially to Northern Ireland, The Highlands and off shore addresses.
The shipping cost to Europe and the USA will be shown before you checkout.
Depending when the order is placed orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. If your requirement is urgent please give us a call first to make sure we can get the instrument to you in the required time scale. Exceptions and long delays in shipping due to holidays etc. will be highlighted before you checkout.
We will only ship to the card holder’s verified address if paid by Paypal
You are welcome to collect your items from here just let us know at the time of order.
We ship Worldwide and can offer very competitive rates. For International shipping to countries not listed please contact us before purchasing so we can obtain a quote.
International customers please note: VAT, special duties or other charges related to shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
Note: All Amps are collection only. No shipping for these items due to potential breakage unless agreed separately.
RETURNS:
We operate a 48hr approval period for on-line mail order purchases only. Customers who buy goods in the showroom can fully evaluate them prior to making the payment and as such do not have this return and refund option available to them.
If you want to return an item please make contact for a returns authorisation. You have 2 days to try the instrument with a full refund minus our shipping costs (including our cost of free shipping if applicable). It is the purchaser’s responsibility to return any unwanted product promptly to the company in the condition they were received, using the original packaging and with a copy of the sales receipt. (We recommend you insure the item in transit). The item must be shipped back via a service comparable with which it was delivered, immediately upon return authorization.
Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned.
Any items returned after the 48hr agreed approval period, and not exceeding more than two weeks, are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed immediately and normally take 3-5 working days to show on the customer's account. Bank transfer and cash refunds will normally be refunded by cheque.
