About Native Instruments Certified Refurbished Quality:
Refurbished units may include returned items, display models, or repaired devices. Each refurbished unit undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it functions like new. All Native Instruments Certified Refurbished Hardware products are backed by a 24-month warranty covering both parts and labor. The tactile behavior of controls such as piano keyboards, potentiometers, push buttons, and sliders may differ from that of brand-new devices.

All Prices are non-negotiable. Offers cannot be accepted.
Delivered items will include a delivery note. Buyers who require a dedicated invoice stating the price please send us a message including the bill-to-address.

After we have received your order from Reverb we will pass your order over to our warehouse within a few hours (except Saturday/Sunday). An "order received notification" is not sent to you at this stage, please understand. Usually from there it takes 1 or 2 working days (to UK see below) for the item to be packed and shipped. Once shipped and the trackingnumber is known, we will pass the tracking information through to Reverb, and they will forward the tracking information to you.
We can only sell and ship to countries for which a shipping charge has been defined. We cannot sell nor ship to other regions.
United Kingdom:
We are collecting VAT from UK buyers and ship Delivery Duties Paid, means UK buyers will not have to pay fees upon delivery of goods.
Shipments to UK will need 5-8 working days extra for processing due to preparation of the shipment documents required for customs.
