As of August 29 2025, all goods purchased destined to the USA are now subject additional duties / taxes / tariffs - all amounts are the sole responsibility of the buyer / importer - including brokerage. Goods that are "Made in the USA" are exempt, however we have no control on fees charged by US Customs and Border Control and/or carriers.

Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to adjust extra shipping costs to remote locations in Canada or the USA. Remote areas are not eligible for free shipping.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
10% restocking fee is applied to all new instrument and amplifier returns without exception.
Discounted / special pricing items are not returnable, including "open box" or "demo" items. Items purchased with "make an offer" function are not returnable.
Units that are bundled with software licenses are not returnable.
"As described" items are not returnable.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges from Musique Max Boutique and back, even if these charges are included in the original sale price as "free shipping." All items not returned in new, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Replacement speakers are not returnable, no exceptions.
All returns must be shipped with tracking and receipts provided to us of carriers billing and tracking.
All purchases to the USA may be subject to fees, relative to country of origin. Any tariffs/ duties / customs / brokerage / taxes are to be paid by the purchaser.
