Founded in 1980, we are the oldest independently owned DJ Gear/Pro Audio store on Long Island. We sell and Rent DJ Pro Audio, Lighting, Special Effects and Accessories to Mobile DJs, Nightclubs and anywhere Pro Sound and Lighting is required. We have been serving DJs for more than 30 years.
Shipping Policy
We Ship Fedex, UPS & USPS. We also offer In-Store pickup. Orders paid & confirmed by 2pm EST will ship same day. We ship from Long Island, New York.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 30 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 10%
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 10%
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
No Returns accepted without an RA. Please contact the store to obtain one within 14 days of purchase.
Returns are subject to a 10%-25% restocking fee if the box is opened and item used.
Original box and all original packing materials must be included in return, item must be received in “like new” condition including all manuals cables, packing materials and original retail box.
Returns with missing packing, manuals, writing on box or manual will be not be accepted for returns.
Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. When shipping defective merchandise back to the store please do not ship in the retail box use an outer box to preserve the retail box.
Music, software, bulbs, headphones, needles, and fluids are not returnable.
We will gladly issue store credit or exchange of similar item for you if you simply are not happy with the purchase only after the return of the product less shipping fees.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same within 7 days of purchase, please notify us immediately upon receipt of defective merchandise.
All clearance items are sold as final sale and no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Items that included Free shipping will be credited less shipping charges.
