Shipping Policy
Returns are allowed under the following condition -
7 days for used gear
14 days for new gear
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Items on "sale" or discounted under a "direct offer" as defined by Reverb require seller to be responsible for shipping charges back and also is subject to a re-stock fee.
Fees and Charges
Buyer receives full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs.
A minimum of 10% re-stocking fee is charged if General Terms are not met. This will be assessed upon receiving returned item and at Music World's discretion.

Item must be shipped within 14 days of receipt. Please do not ship unless emailed to do so. Returns must ship prepaid and arrive safely. Regardless of return reason, seller deducts shipping and handling charges from refund. Restocking fee is 10%
