Music Go Round Cary is a locally owned and operated franchise located in Cary, NC. We Buy, Sell, and Trade used musical instruments/gear all day, everyday! When it comes to Buying and Trading we DO need to evaluate the gear in-store only and we don’t do any trades through the mail, in-store only.
We do not negotiate or accept offers on our gear.
We thoroughly test all equipment when we purchase it and then retest it after you buy it to make sure it’s in tip top shape when we ship it to you. We ship UPS Ground as our standard carrier which means 3-5 business days for delivery. If you need it quicker, just give us a call at the store and we’ll see how we can get it to you faster. Selling Quality Used gear at a Great Price with exceptional customer service is always priority number one for us.
We take great pride in our shipping procedures that include using brand new high-quality boxes with proper burst strength and bubble wrap with protective corners and padding. Staying competitive with shipping rates is very important to us as we take care to ensure your product makes it safely to its destination. We endeavor to ship all orders placed by 3pm the same business day.
We apply Delivery Confirmation Signature Required to EVERY online order to protect our buyers from package thieves.
