We buy, sell and repair guitars, basses, ukuleles, banjos, mandolins, amplifiers, effects pedals and more. In stock you will find Loar mandolins, Riptide and Kala ukuleles, Electric guitars and basses from Fender, Gibson, Gretsch, Epiphone, and one of the West Coast’s best selections of used and vintage stringed instruments, amps and effects. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal is accepted domestically. We carry a full line of accessories including Aquila ukulele strings direct from Italy and pickups from Schatten of Canada. We’re also a proud dealer of Boulder Creek guitars, Blackstar guitar amps, and Ashdown bass amps.
Shipping Policy
We do not have a set shipping cost on any of our instruments or amps due to the fact that every one has a specific weight and shape. Our price is set to $60 as a default because it's about as pricey as it gets to ship an acoustic guitar.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
New Items: Most new, untouched, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund, less outbound shipping costs. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs, unless return is a result of incorrect shipment or defective item. More Music reserves the right to refuse any return if item is not in new, untouched, or unopened condition.
Vintage & Used items: Most vintage & used items may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Our unique and comprehensive quality certification process allows us to stand behind every vintage and used instrument we sell with the utmost confidence. If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately as we must evaluate all vintage and used returns on a case by case basis. All vintage and used refunds may be subject to a small 5% restocking fee, as well as original outbound shipping costs. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless return is a result of incorrect shipment.
Some products are not returnable under any circumstances such as amplifier tubes, instrument pickups, guitar & bass string, drum heads, drum sticks, software, books, earbuds, earplugs, microphones, harmonicas as well as any other products designed to come in contact with the mouth or ears due to sanitary concerns.
