A lovingly curated range of some of the finest guitar parts and accessories. Good old-fashioned customer service for those budding guitar builders, repairers and restorers, and guitar and bass players. All that I sell is brand new, but where it's not, I ensure that items are fully working and as near to new condition as possible. Everything is carefully packed and sent as soon as possible to the new owners.
Shipping Policy
Most items will generally be shipped the same day after payment in full has been received. All larger items will be shipped by a fully tracked carrier for which there is a basic charge of £15.00. For larger, heavier, or multiple items a quote will be provided specifically.
Shipping/delivery times are 2-3 days (depending on location)
Standard shipping terms applies to all UK mainland locations excluding the following: The Highlands and Islands of Scotland, IOM, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, and IOW.
Other destinations will be considered and a quotation will be supplied on request.
Buyers arranging their own shipping do so at their own risk. We will not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items where buyer shipping is arranged. I will carefully pack all items and ensure that they should not be damaged given proper care and handling by the carrier. PLEASE NOTE: Ensure your carrier will accept the shipping of items such as guitars, amplifiers and other electrical equipment and provide adequate insurance.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Notification of intent and reason for return must be provided within 14 days of the receipt. You have a further 14 days to complete the return. This applies specifically to items that are being returned for any other reason than being considered faulty.
