Shipping Policy
Most orders will ship UPS ground - Items going to Alaska, Hawaii or other US territories will use USPS. If you would prefer we use FedEx or DHL for your order please contact us before you place your order. Orders placed during the week will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 6pm will be fulfilled the following business day. Some new items and all used items can be shipped almost anywhere in the world. Contact us for a quote!

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Buyer's Remorse: We get it and will always be as accommodating as possible. Let us know an item isn't for you with in the first 48 hours of receiving your order and we will never charge a restocking fee or withhold shipping costs from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages/Defects: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or damaged. We will happily make it right or offer a free and full refund. Failure to notify us promptly may result in shipping charges and a restocking fee being withheld from your total refund.
Restocking Fee: Restocking fees may be charged in rare instances at the rate of 15% with a maximum if $350.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, items sold on consignment, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or items that include software like interfaces once they have been opened. These exceptions will always be noted in the listing. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
