Shipping Policy
We currently ship via USPS and UPS- whichever method we deem the most appropriate for your order. If you need a product sent to you by FedEx either Two-Day or Next-Day shipping, please contact us for a pricing quote.
All orders placed Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day it is received as long as the order arrives by 3pm Eastern. (This would not include major US Holidays that fall during the week.) Almost all of our items ship for free but for larger items such as speakers, certain guitar amplifiers, drums, and certain keyboards or other unspecified large items there may be an additional freight fee required. This will always be specified in the listing.
Due to our dealer agreements we only offer shipping to the United States on most products. Used items can be shipped almost anywhere in the world. Contact us directly for an international shipping quote. For the quickest response in relation to a question, please provide accurate phone and email contact information. We want to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible!

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, items sold on consignment, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or items that include software like interfaces once they have been opened. These exceptions will always be noted in the listing. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Restocking fees may be charged in rare circumstances.
