General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Any preference based returns, accidental orders, or packages returned to sender due to buyer errors (including scheduling conflicts, address discrepancies, or an inability to receive the package) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The actual cost of initial shipping is non refundable, and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees incurred during transit.
Delivery refusals must be officially documented by the carrier or supported by clear video or photo proof proving that a refusal was in place at the time of the delivery attempt. Undocumented delivery refusals will be treated as unauthorized returns.
Refunds will only be issued once the package has been safely returned to the shop and thoroughly inspected. Please allow up to 48 business hours from the time of delivery for this bench inspection to be completed. All items must be returned in their original packaging materials. In the event that the instrument incurs any damage or finish wear during the return transit, an additional fee will be deducted from the final refund based entirely on the altered condition of the item.
