Shipping Policy

Quality Assurance
Every piece of gear in this shop is fully tested, inspected, and accurately described before being listed. I take pride in providing clear photos, honest condition reports, and detailed descriptions so you know exactly what you’re purchasing. If a piece has any cosmetic wear It will be documented to the best of my abilities.
Processing & Handling Time
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received. If there’s ever a delay or special handling requirement, I’ll message you right away with an update.
Packaging & Protection
Your gear will be securely packed for safe transit. Instruments and fragile items are wrapped with proper padding, double-checked for stability inside the box, and shipped using trusted carriers. Guitars are shipped in a case or well-padded gig bag upon request or unless listed as such.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
Items ship via UPS or USPS depending on size and destination. Every order includes tracking so you can follow your package from the Bronx to your doorstep.
Insurance & Signature
Every single item regardless of value will be shipped with full insurance. If you would like a signature confirmation, message me before purchasing and I’ll be happy to arrange it.
Shipping Costs
Rates are based on weight, size, and location. I always try to keep shipping costs fair. Local pickup in the Bronx, NY may be available—just reach out to set it up.
International Shipping
International shipping is available and may be offered depending on destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties required by their country. Just reach out to me for pricing.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of the items arrival and contact me with photos of the item and packaging so I can begin a claim. If a shipment is lost, I will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Address Verification
To protect both buyer and seller, I can only ship to the address provided at checkout through Reverb. Please make sure it’s correct before completing your purchase.
Returns for Shipping or Listing Issues
Returns are handled case-by-case and follow Reverb’s policies. If an item arrives damaged or was accidentally misrepresented, I’ll make it right. Buyer’s remorse returns are generally not accepted unless discussed before purchase.
