We've shipped thousand of guitars and know how to pack your precious cargo properly. Everything we ship is fully insured.
But, we don't neglect those at home, either. We always love it when you can come into our store, where we have an expansive selection of guitars, basses, amplifiers, pedals, and accessories all suited to any level of player expertise.

New Items
Returnable within 2 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 2 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
1) Upon receipt of an instrument that we have shipped you, you have a 48-hour approval period. If the instrument does not meet your expectations, call and notify us within that time. Then ship the instrument back to Martin Music, packed safely in the same shipping carton it was packed in. The instrument must be in the same condition you received it in.
2) While we hope you will choose Martin Music, we ask you to be sure of what you are buying. If you've never played a certain instrument before, aren't sure about the color, or how the neck will feel ~ give this consideration. You are responsible for paying the cost of freight to ship the instrument to you and to return it to us, as well as a 3% restocking fee. If an item is returned that was sold with free shipping you will be refunded the purchase amount less the shipping cost to you, as well as a 3% restocking fee.
3) We DO NOT accept returns on international orders.
4) Orders to Tennessee to pay state sales tax rate of 9.25%
