I ship with tracking to the Cont USA-no additional charges to my customers. We use the least expensive method of shipping per package.
ALL others are considered "INTERNATIONAL" and will be responsible for all charges, taxes, tariffs, fees, dues, customs, etc. associated with their order.

ANY & ALL returns accepted must be initiated within 72 hours of receipt and will be charged a 15% restock fee plus original shipping charges substantiated with photo copy of our receipt(s) WHEN REQUESTED TO DO SO.
Martial Percussion™ will NOT cover shipping fees/costs for buyers' returns.
Here are the four reasons that refunds will be accepted without question:
1)FAILED TO MEET REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS (only custom orders)
2)EXHIBITED A FLAW COMPROMISING FUNCTIONALITY (custom orders only)
3)ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT AND ALL PROPER DOCUMENTATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED (requires item and box damage photos with statement to qualify)
4)HAD OTHER DOCUMENTED (written word agreed by seller and buyer). ARRANGEMENTS AGREEABLY MET.
I respectfully ask for your discretion as a buyer to make sure you want to purchase said item(s) BEFORE submitting payment.

We stand behind our work.
We will NOT accept returns/issue refunds for playable instruments that have been sold as a fully functional instrument but have been disassembled/stripped. We can not guarantee those parts for another buyer, we do not get paid to assemble the instruments, and we will not accept any return on any previously playable complete item rendered a disassembled item. If you send a disassembled drum back to us, we will deduct a $19.00 assembly fee to cover our labor on top of restock fees and original shipping costs..
