Shipping Policy
Magnetic Effects ships to the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. (Pedals are shipped from the UK)
All items are shipped registered Airmail which is faster and more secure than standard airmail and includes tracking info to most destinations.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Not Returnable
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns are not accepted on B-stock or Used pedals.
If you should change your mind, and wish to return any regular production pedals bought direct from Magnetic Effects , we will be happy to refund or exchange a product providing it’s in fully re-saleable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money for the item, this does not include postal charges.
If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For faulty or items that arrive damaged we will either replace, refund or allow you credit for the full amount including all shipping charges when returning the item to us.
Due to the unique nature of bespoke/custom pedal orders, returns are not accepted.
