Within two business days of Reverb confirming payment I will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send me a message. We do reserve the right to renegotiate/ negate the free shipping if the shipping is exceedingly expensive due to location in Canada. For customers outside of Canada; please check your country`s rules on import tax and -duties. If you buy an instrument during cold or hot weather please let the instrument climatise for 24 hours before opening the box.

We pride ourselves on accurately describing and photographing the items we sell. As with all Reverb postings "as described" items are excluded from return unless our description was absolutely wrong. Returns in full original packing and of course in the exact condition the product left our store in shipped through Canpar, Fedex, UPS, DHL or Purolator. We wil not accept parcels returned by Canada Post or any other generic parcel service. When you ship return the item will of course be your responsibility until it`s received at our store. If you back out of the (legally binding) transaction after it`s made, or you bought the wrong item to your liking, you will pay the 15% restocking fee and insured shipping to us. If the bought item is faulty we will pay for return freight.
Items that have had you register the software of are excluded from our return policy unless the item is faulty upon arrival to your home.
