All electronics are tested and any issues are mentioned and stated in all descriptions.

Your item will not EVER be sent DOA.

Sometimes issues do arise and can be caused by rough handling of the package old brittle wiring or failure of a component to survive the rigors of transport.

Major issues are covered by insurance and that is why all packages are fully insured.

Many issues are minor and fall under user maintenance. These are things that a buyer of vintage/used electronics should be able to maintain.

Tubes often once taken out of the sockets may need to be rearranged to obtain optimal performance in a tube unit.

Often tube sockets may need to be cleaned with deoxit when tubes are reinserted.

Pots can sometimes be scratchy or develop a flat spot from use. Deoxit is your best solution to resolve a minor issue.

Switches sometimes need to be cleaned or adjusted to make better contact.
