Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. A restocking fee will be applied ONLY if there are visible signs of use, or the item is returned in the non-original condition. A restocking fee also applies to ALL custom shop guitars, vintage guitars, and instruments of high value (Over $3500).
