We promptly package and ship all orders as soon as payment has cleared. Most items will ship within 24 hours or the next business day. Depending on the customer’s location and weight/size of the shipment, we will determine the best shipping option. We will calculate the best shipping rates once an offer has been placed on an item. When an item is listed as FREE Shipping, the shipping handler will be chosen by us, the seller. If a specific courier or option is preferred by the purchaser, an extra shipping Sur-charge may be applied. Listed shipping rates do not apply to Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, and the Northern Territories. If you are located in these Provinces and Territories, possible minimal up-charge may be required. Please contact for a custom shipping quote.

For orders placed outside of Canada, please refer to your local Country policies to verify if there are any additional fees. We do not include any brokerage, tariffs, duties or taxes owing in our pricing as these cost vary. The buyer is responsible for these charges. ** If a parcel is refused or marked undeliverable and sent back, we will refund the product price once we receive back the product less any return shipping costs and any other associated fees for refusing the shipment. **

NOTE* The U.S. is eliminating its $800 de minimis exemption, meaning low-value shipments will no longer be eligible for duty-free entry into the U.S. starting on August 29, 2025. This change will require all shipments to go through formal customs clearance and pay applicable duties and taxes. This is charged to the receiver by the courier.

RETURNS:
Items are returnable within 7 days of delivery
Return shipping will be paid by the buyer
Items will be fully refunded minus the actual cost of shipping
Items MUST be complete with original packaging and MUST be in NEW condition
We do not accept returns for items that show obvious signs of wear, have been tampered with, or are missing parts, boxes, manuals etc.

A 15% restocking fee may apply if a return is requested after the 7 day return period.
Used items, harmonicas, pitch pipes, whistles, and recorders are not returnable.
