BTone CompanySalva il negozio

BTone was built from decades of chasing better guitar tone—not from a business plan.

I'm James Buddy Rogers, an award-winning guitarist who has spent more than 40 years playing clubs, festivals, recording studios, and stages across North America. For over 30 years I've been hand-winding pickups, always searching for the balance between clarity, dynamics, feel, and musicality.

Every BTone pickup is handcrafted one at a time in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada. From winding and assembly to testing and final inspection, every pickup is built with the same attention to detail I'd expect in my own guitars.

I don't build pickups by chasing the highest output or copying vintage recipes. I build them to respond to your hands. Great pickups don't just change your sound—they change how your guitar feels to play. Better touch, better dynamics, better connection with your instrument.

Whether you're looking for classic Strat sparkle, vintage-inspired PAF warmth, punchy Tele twang, or a custom solution, every BTone pickup is designed around one goal: helping you spend less time fighting your gear and more time making music.

When you buy a BTone pickup, you're buying directly from the person who designed it, wound it, tested it, and stands behind it with a lifetime warranty.

Handcrafted in Canada. Built by a working musician. Wound for players who care about tone.
