General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All used products sold are as described. No returns will be accepted if the reason for return had been made known in the item's description, photos, condition, etc.
Returns will be accepted under condition that contact with Jake's Shoppe be made by the buyer within five (5) business days from the day the item is received. If a refund is necessary, it will be given immediately once the transaction has been completed.
