General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If you are not satisfied with an item, call us first. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be insured for the full purchase price and must be made within the first 48 hours following the receipt of the item. The item must be packed in the same carton with the same packing materials, manuals, warranty cards, and any other items that were included in the sell. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold in order to be eligible for refund. When we receive the merchandise you will receive a full refund minus shipping and insurance.
