Please make sure someone receives the package at your delivery address. If at the time of delivery no one can receive the package, the post / courier service will leave a message at your home and you will need to collect the package from the post office yourself by providing the registration number and proof of your package's identity. If the parcel is not picked up after the deadline, it can be returned to us as unclaimed.
