Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Under the Distance Selling Regulations and Section 4.2, In Bloom Guitars offers a 7-day cooling-off returns policy for products in their original condition. This gives UK customers the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving their goods. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are not in their original condition. We also reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if there is any loss in value due to unnecessary handling. This policy applies to online, phone, and email purchases but excludes in-person transactions.
To cancel within this period, please notify us in writing via letter or email.
If you choose to exercise your right to cancel within the cancellation period, you must return the goods to us within a reasonable timeframe (normally within 14 days) while taking reasonable care in doing so, as outlined in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No.2334). The risk and cost of return will be your responsibility unless you have notified us of damaged or faulty goods (as per Section 3) and we have verified this.
Upon cancellation of the contract, we will provide a full refund for the goods; however, outbound shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Refunds are typically processed on the day we receive the returned goods. However, refunds will be completed no later than 30 days after receipt of the returned items. If you fail to return the goods or cover the return shipping costs, we reserve the right to deduct the direct recovery costs from your refund.
Please note that returns from overseas customers are only accepted in cases where the item was misrepresented or found to be faulty.
