For over 50 years, Ikebe Music has strived to bring smiles to customers' faces and enrich their musical lives through musical instruments. We have specialty instrument stores in Tokyo and Osaka to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
Our stores are open every day, from 11:00 to 20:00 Japan time.
Business hours for customers from overseas are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00 Japan time. (We are closed for summer holidays in August and over the New Year holidays. Please contact us in advance to accommodate your request.)

Yes, we ship worldwide.
Please kindly be noted currently due to the covid-19 worldwide infection and rapid reduction of air traffic, there is huge delay and suspension on the EMS delivery.
So we are using FedEx with special discount rate instead.

*Japanese consumption tax is not required for international shopping.
*However you may be required to pay duty, tax and import fee when receiving your items in your country.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Reverb's shipping address must match the address registered in your PayPal account.
Additionally, packages addressed to PO boxes cannot be shipped.
We cannot accept returns or refunds for any reason other than initial product defects.
Even before the package is shipped, Buyer will be required to pay the Paypal fee of the original transaction (approximately 4% of the payment amount) in case of order cancellation due to shipping address issues, mistake payment or customer convenience.
Exclusively in the case of if the product is incorrect, damaged, and defective, we will accept returns. Please contact us within 3 days from receiving the product. Please do not discard any of the packaging, manuals and all items that you received with the product. For any other reason, we do not accept returns and cancellation.
