**NOTE: For your security, orders are only shipped to the billing address of the account holder. Shipping cost for items is as stated but can be negotiated any questions please call 1.800.700.4542

New Items
Returnable within 30 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 15%
Used & Vintage Items
Not Returnable
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Return Guidelines-
Item(s) must include all original packaging, manuals, components, accessories, etc.
Item(s) that are opened or have been used are also subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Item(s) returned with missing accessories/components are subject to a charge for the replacement.
ALL returns, except in cases of defects, are subject to return shipping fee.
All items must match outgoing serial numbers.
Special order items can not be returned
All returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed immediately upon receipt. Please allow 3 weeks from the time you return your order for your refund or exchange to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. We will do the refund quickly but banks/credit cards can take a while to apply the change.
