Canadian Orders
Most orders over $200 CAD ship free within Canada. A shipping fee may apply for orders of oversize items within Canada. In very rare circumstances, such as extreme oversize/overweight items or destinations designated as “Beyond Point” by Canada Post and/or other courier services, shipping fees may need to be added after the order is placed but before the item(s) ships. In these cases, the client will be contacted to discuss options and no charges will be applied until client agrees.

We ship with a variety of carriers including Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar, UPS and Fedex. We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier but can ship with carrier of customer's choice, extra fees may apply.

We ship nearly every order within one business day of receiving it and the client will receive an automatic shipment notification email with the tracking number when the shipment is created.

All guitar and amp orders are shipped signature required.

Typical transit times for shipments are as follows:

Alberta – 1-2 business days
British Columbia , Saskatchewan, Manitoba – 2-3 business days
Ontario, Quebec, Northwest Territories, Yukon Territories – 4-5 business days
Maritimes - 6-7 business days

US Orders

Most US orders will be charged a flat shipping rate of $100 CAD. Certain oversize items are not eligible for $100 flat rate shipping to US, including 412 cabinets, full drum kits and pianos/keyboards.

We ship nearly every order within one business day of receiving it.
Most US orders arrive in 3-7 business days.

International Orders

We can ship any used item internationally. For a custom shipping quote to an address outside of the US or Canada, please message us.

Duty

When customs/duty is applicable, the customer is responsible for these charges.

Insurance

All shipments are insured by Guitarworks.

Used Gear

Free shipping may not apply for used items, shipping prices for used items is as listed.
