Shipping Policy

- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- We primarily use USPS for both domestic and international shipments, although we may occasionally use UPS or other - carriers depending on the destination and service selected.
- All shipments are fully insured through Reverb's protection program or the carrier's insurance services where applicable.
- Tracking information is provided as soon as the shipment is processed.

Return Policy

- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a valid warranty claim, the buyer is responsible for return
shipping costs.
- Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories, hardware, manuals, inserts, and components originally supplied with the product.

Condition of Returned Items

- Returned items must be in new, resalable condition.
- Products may be test-fitted or temporarily installed for evaluation purposes; however, they must be returned without:
- Scratches, dents, tool marks, installation damage, cosmetic blemishes, signs of wear or use, missing parts or hardware
- Products returned with missing components, damaged packaging, scratches, installation marks, modifications, or other signs of use may be: Subject to a restocking fee; eligible only for a partial refund; or returned to the buyer without refund if the item can no longer be sold as new.

Non-Refundable Returns

Refunds may be denied if:

- The item has been permanently installed or modified.
- The item has been damaged during installation or removal.
- The item is returned incomplete.
- The item is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold as a new product.

As a small specialty retailer, we do not sell used or refurbished products. Therefore, returned merchandise must remain in a condition suitable for resale as new inventory.

Warranty Claims

If you receive a defective product or an item different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately.
We will work quickly to provide replacement parts, exchanges, or warranty service whenever applicable.
In cases where the error or defect is our responsibility, we will cover the return shipping costs.
