All guitars are carefully inspected and professionally set up before shipping. We do not accept returns unless there was an error on our end, such as shipping the wrong item or if the guitar arrives damaged during transit.
International buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees. Failure to pay these fees or refusal to accept the shipment does not qualify for a refund.

Granata Music is a Canadian retailer. Any orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and applicable taxes upon delivery. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the buyer. Granata Music is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance and cannot predict or control these fees. We do not offer any refunds related to Tarrifs.
