Shipping Policy
Shipping and Tracking Numbers
All shipments are handled by national and international shipping companies, and you will be notified in the shopping cart with available shipping options. We are not responsible for uninsured shipments.
Please notify us if you would like to ship with insurance, and we will provide you with a custom quote.
All shipments are sent with certified tracking, and the customer will receive a notification with their tracking number once the shipment is processed.
It is important to include your phone number in your profile, as this information is required by our shipping companies for delivery purposes.
The shipping companies we use include: UPS, Envialia, Correos, Correos Express, and USPS.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Terms and Conditions
(1) Payment & Pricing General Vintage Tone requires full payment before dispatching any items purchased from our online store. All prices for products, features, and specifications on the website are subject to change without prior notice, unless otherwise stated. Any price quoted by the store includes sales tax and duty. This does not include customs taxes or duties when shipping to non-EU countries. Please consult with your country’s customs office for more details on this matter.
(2) Delivery We can only ship products to the buyer’s indicated shipping address and provide all correct information. The shipping charge will be shown at the final checkout stage before final submission (in the box). All orders will be dispatched within 2 days for in-stock products; custom-made products may have different delivery times, which will be clarified at the time of purchase. The ownership of the goods passes to the buyer once the goods are delivered. If you have selected insured shipping, the courier service will insure the goods against loss or damage during transit in accordance with their policy. Any damage to items received must be reported to General Vintage Shop within 24 hours of delivery.
(3) Cancellations / Refunds Refunds can only be processed using the original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed within 30 days but generally as soon as possible. Please note that transactions may not appear immediately.
(4) Warranty New items come with a maximum 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects. For valves, we offer a 3-month warranty on current production and 3 months on new old stock. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties that will be included with the product and will be indicated at the time of purchase. Second-hand items come with no warranty against manufacturer defects. When purchasing an ex-demo or B-stock model, the item may not be in perfect condition and may have undergone repairs, marks, scratches, or other defects. Customers should verify that the products are in satisfactory condition for their particular use and requirements before purchasing. You can do so by contacting us via phone or email for more information. Modification, adjustment, and disassembly of products are not covered by the warranty. Any modification by third parties during the warranty period will void the official warranty.
(5) Defective Goods Defective goods, where the fault is due to a manufacturing defect, will be exchanged or refunded where possible, provided we are notified within the first 3 days of purchase. After this period, and for the remainder of the warranty period, defective items must be returned to the store. During the warranty term, any defect due to manufacturer faults will be repaired free of charge for the customer. Once repaired, the products will be returned to the buyer’s address at no additional cost. Persistently defective products may be exchanged or refunded at the discretion of management. Failures due to misuse are not covered under warranty.
(6) Returns Policy Returns for products are accepted within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange without shipping charges, provided: 6.1. The products are returned in the same condition as sold, including all original packaging materials. (Handling, adjustment, broken packaging, disassembly of sold products voids the possibility of a refund and/or warranty.) 6.2. The products are standard items and not specially ordered per the customer's request. No returns are accepted for custom orders or special builds requested by the customer. 6.3. The warranty is attached to the invoice. From the moment of issuance, you are covered under the warranty. 6.4. Restocking fees apply within 30 business days. There will be a 25% fee for all returned items, and custom orders for amplifiers and instruments cannot be returned. Delivery or shipping charges are non-refundable in any transaction.

(8). Responsibility for Import Costs
GVT Store is not responsible for any costs associated with the importation of the product. This includes, but is not limited to, the following charges, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer:
Customs duties
Import taxes
Nationalization or clearance fees
Handling or administrative fees charged by the courier
All such costs must be paid by the customer in order for the shipment to be released by customs and successfully delivered.
8.1 Refusal or Rejection of Shipment
If the customer chooses to refuse, reject, or otherwise decline to import the shipment, additional charges may be incurred. This is a common occurrence in many countries and these charges will vary depending on the destination country and the courier service. Such charges may include:

Customs fines or surcharges
Administrative or handling fees
In cases where the product is returned for these reasons, a restocking fee of 10% of the order value will be applied. Additionally, further charges may apply depending on the country and the specific conditions of the rejected shipment. If local customs authorities impose penalties or additional fees, these will be deducted from any eligible refund (if applicable).
Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable, subject to the regulations of each country.
In the event the customer refuses to pay import taxes or duties as required by their country’s customs laws, and declines the shipment, GVT reserves the right not to issue any refund if the company chooses not to cover those import-related expenses. In such cases, the shipment may be destroyed by the destination country's customs authority, and no compensation or reimbursement will be issued to the buyer.
We clearly highlight these conditions to ensure full transparency in the import process for shipments destined outside the European Union.

Términos y Condiciones
(1) Pago y Precios General Vintage Tone requiere el pago completo antes de enviar cualquier artículo comprado en nuestra tienda en línea. Todos los precios de los productos, características y especificaciones de la web están sujetos a cambios sin previo aviso, a menos que se indique lo contrario. (2) Entrega Solo podemos entregar productos a la dirección de envío indicada del comprador y adjuntar toda la información correcta. (4) Garantías Los artículos nuevos vienen con una garantía máxima de 12 meses contra defectos de fabricación. Para válvulas, ofrecemos una garantía de 3 meses en producciones actuales y 3 meses para existencias nuevas antiguas. Algunos fabricantes ofrecen garantías extendidas que se incluirán con el producto y se indicarán en el momento de la compra. Los artículos de segunda mano no tienen garantía contra defectos de fabricación. Al vender un modelo ex-demo o B-stock, el producto puede no estar en perfectas condiciones y puede haber sufrido reparaciones, marcas, arañazos u otros defectos. Los clientes deben verificar que los productos sean satisfactorios para su uso y requisitos particulares antes de comprarlos. Puede hacerlo contactándonos por teléfono o correo electrónico para más información. La alteración, ajuste y desmontaje de productos no están cubiertos por la garantía. Cualquier modificación durante el período de garantía por parte de terceros anula la garantía oficial.
(5) Mercancías Defectuosas Las mercancías defectuosas, cuando la falla se deba a un defecto de fabricación, serán intercambiadas o reembolsadas cuando sea posible, siempre que se nos notifique dentro de los primeros 3 días de la compra. Después de este plazo y por el resto del período de garantía, los artículos defectuosos deben ser devueltos a la tienda. Durante el período de garantía, cualquier defecto debido a un defecto de fabricación será reparado sin costo para el cliente. Una vez reparados, los productos serán devueltos a la dirección del comprador sin costo adicional. Los productos defectuosos de forma persistente pueden ser intercambiados o reembolsados a discreción de la administración. Los fallos debidos al mal uso no están cubiertos por ninguna garantía.
(6) Política de Devoluciones Se aceptan devoluciones de productos hasta 7 días después de la compra para un reembolso completo o cambio sin gastos de envío, siempre que: 6.1. Los productos sean devueltos en el mismo estado en que se vendieron, incluidos todos los materiales de embalaje originales. (La manipulación, ajuste, empaques rotos y el desmontaje de productos vendidos anula la posibilidad de reembolso y/o garantía.) 6.2. Los productos son artículos estándar y no han sido pedidos especialmente a petición del cliente. No se aceptan devoluciones de pedidos personalizados o construcciones especiales solicitadas por el cliente. 6.3. La garantía se adjunta a la factura. Desde el momento de la emisión, usted queda cubierto por la garantía. 6.4. Se aplican tarifas de reposición de existencias dentro de los 30 días hábiles. Habrá una tarifa del 25% para todos los artículos devueltos, y los pedidos personalizados de amplificadores e instrumentos no se pueden devolver. Los cargos por entrega o envío no son reembolsables en ninguna transacción.
(7) Desestimación del Envío
En caso de que el cliente decida no aceptar, rechazar o desestimar la importación del envío, podrán generarse cargos adicionales. Esta situación es común en muchos países y los costos pueden variar en función del país de destino y de la empresa de mensajería. Entre los posibles cargos se incluyen:

Si el producto es devuelto por este motivo, se aplicará un cargo por reposición (re-stock) equivalente al 10% del valor del pedido. Además, pueden aplicarse cargos adicionales dependiendo de cada país y situación específica. En caso de que la agencia aduanera del país del destinatario imponga penalizaciones, estos montos serán descontados del importe a reembolsar (si aplica).
Los gastos de envío y de retorno no son reembolsables, independientemente de si el envío fue finalmente entregado o rechazado, y pueden variar según el país.
En el caso de que el cliente no quiera asumir los costes derivados de la importación (como impuestos o aranceles) y rechace el envío, y si GVT decide no cubrir dichos costes, no se garantiza ningún reembolso. En determinadas circunstancias, la compra podrá ser destruida por la aduana del país importador, sin que ello genere derecho a compensación.
