Shipping Policy
We ship with Canada Post/( USPS to the States) for international shipping, Canada Post and/or Fed Ex for items within Canada. Please allow 2-3 business days for Handling.
For international shipping, the buyer is responsible for any/all duties/brokerage charges.
Items will be insured for the actual full/actual amount the item sold for.
Shipping quotes are for Canada and Lower 48 States.
Please contact us if you are overseas/Alaska/Hawaii for a shipping quote/available shipping methods.
Canadian Residents are subject to applicable taxes.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

All returns require a return authorization number (RA#), and it must be written clearly on the front of the package. You can obtain and RA# only by e-mail thru Reverb <or> [email protected] We will not accept any return without an RA#. Gear Music will only issue an RA# within 7 days of receiving your product, and are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
All returned items must be shipped insured for the full purchase price value of the item at the cost of the buyer. All returned items must be in the same condition as when you purchased it, in original packaging, with all manuals and warranty card. Returns should show no signs of wear or abuse otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to an additional restocking fee (restocking fee rate at Gear Music's sole and arbitrary discretion).
Defective merchandise will be replaced will only be replaced by the same item. Items must be postmarked no later than three (3) business days after an RA# is issued. The freight charges will be deducted on top the restocking charge, and actual freight charges will be deducted from orders qualifying for “free” shipping. This applies to online orders that are shipped. If you choose to pick up your order in person you have the opportunity to inspect and play your instrument and the 25% restocking fee will not apply under normal circumstances.
Returns must contain all original packaging, components, manuals and warranty cards and must be properly packed for shipping. We will inspect all returns for signs of abuse and wear and additional charges may apply.
Items that come with computer based software - DAW's Plugins, recording software, can not be returned if the software has been registered.
Gear Music does not offer cash refunds. You will be refunded using the same credit card as the original purchase.
Some instruments and products require assembly or maintenance and adjustments. Do not attempt to repair or alter any products beyond their intended specifications.
Stock is subject to availability. Items available for sale on Reverb are also available for sale in our retail store. It is possible that an item for sale on Reverb may have just sold at our retail location. Our Stock gets updated on a business day basis.
