- Our effects pedals (and smaller items) are shipped via reliable couriers like Evri (tracked and signed) or Royal Mail (tracked and signed)
- Most pedal orders are delivered within 24 hours; other locations may take 2 to 4 days
- Larger items such as amplifiers and guitars are despatched with DHL Express, offering a 24 hour tracked and signed service

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

International Shipments – Customs, Duties, and Returns
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, please note that the price paid at checkout does not include any import taxes, duties, tariffs, customs clearance fees, handling charges, or other charges that may be applied by the destination country.
