We are located in Ottawa, Canada and have been in business for over 30 years - family owned and operated with friendly and experienced staff with a technical background. Full line music store and pro audio store - 15,000 sq feet of showroom space - we stock it all! Largest showroom in Ottawa.
We also service, rent and install, are authorized dealers for all major lines, including Fender, Gibson, Yamaha, PRS, Ibanez Electrovoice, Sennheiser, Mackie, Roland, Boss, Tama, Gretsch, Pearl (and too many to mention!) and a warranty centre for many as well. If you don't see what you are looking for ask us!

We will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send me a message. Customer must always pay any brokerage or duty fees to the carrier . All items are shipped with insurance and signature which does increase the cost on some high value items but you don't want your $5000 guitar getting damaged or lost!
All items are marked with a discounted freight price however if the item is being sent to a "remote location" or are oversized items, additional freight charges may apply. We will contact you immediately if this is the case

Conditions particulières
We do not allow returns of pedals, guitar strings, needles & cartridges, earplugs, in ear monitors, or any dj software that requires registration. Buyer assumes responsibility for all original shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. Buyer must contact us prior to returning unit to receive an RMA and is responsible for shipping BOTH ways. We inspect all units prior to shipping to ensure quality. If at that point there is any defect that was not noticed we will contact you immediately so you can decide to go ahead.
Refunds
Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee if not received back to us in its original condition. All returns must be packaged in original boxes shipped to you and include all accessories.
