Every instrument that we ship out is carefully inspected for defects and adjusted for playability. If something doesn’t meet our quality standards we won't sell it - No exceptions. We take great care when packing and shipping your orders. All shipments are fully insured and typically ship out the next business day.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
1. For orders that include Free Shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by the seller will be subtracted from the total refunded amount. In addition, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
2. If any free accessorie(s) are included with purchase, they must also be returned.
