Shipping Policy
All item shipped with tracking number.
If you want it would be delivered earlier, we can offer expedited shipping by additional fee. Please feel free to ask.
The buyer is responsible for taxes, import duties (tariff, VAT, additional fees related to shipping and customs clearance) If an item is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, undeliverable region, or non-payment of taxes, import duties, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, and a restocking fee that is set in our policy. If the shipment is disposed by the shipping carrier for the same reasons, we will charge the full order amount and no refund will be issued.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All items on our shop is sold as As-Is and all products and accessories are shown in pictured. And we do not accept product returns.
In the event of a return due to any reason, we will deduct the shipping and return costs, PayPal's refund fee of 4.1%, and Reverb re-stocking Fee of 15% from the total amount of the merchandise.
If you find any problem at the product upon arrival, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the product. We will check the actual unit to see if there is a problem (we keep pics of circuit of all item), and if so, we will refund fully.
Please make sure that your registered address is correct, as the buyer will also be charged for shipping costs, return shipping cost, re-stocking fee (be set in the policy) incurred in the event of a shipping address error, item return by non-payment of VAT, taxes, customs fees, or related charges.
