Ellman's Music Center is Chicagolands oldest family owned and operated music store. We've been helping people make music since 1958. We are the preferred vendor for many schools in Northern Illinois. Our most rewarding experience is helping new students get started.
Shipping Policy
I will ship with tracking to the continental United States. We will not ship outside the continental US.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Instruments may be returned within 5 days of delivery. A refund less shipping and handling will be issued after the instrument has been inspected by our shop. If the instrument is damaged the instrument will be shipped back to the purchaser and no refund will be issued.
