All of our listings categorised as "brand new" are shipped directly from the manufacturers to us. We keep our stock in our warehouse where it is completely smoke-free and never taken out from the box (except to test before shipping).
We ship our orders same-day wherever possible. Should take 3-5 days to reach your place via DHL express. Tracking number and instructions on how to track will be provided in detail. We have staff online almost all the time to respond to your queries, so feel free to hit us up about anything!

Shipping Policy
We will ship with 3-day DHL Express International Shipping with tracking to your destination within 1-2 days upon order confirmation. Most countries are $39.99 USD Flat for 1-2 pedals. If you don't see the $39.99 USD shipping offer, your country is not eligible for it. If your location is not listed, please send me a message for a more accurate quote. Please also do your due diligence regarding any potential import taxes. We ship from Singapore.
